    Amazing Service

Currently renting a property with Bellwood and couldn't be happier. They are lovely and quick to respond and much better than any previous agency I've rented through. Thank you for such an amazing service.

    Highly Recommended

We rented a property with Bellwood Lettings for 6 years and they were helpful, flexible and considerate with us throughout the tenancy. They also helped us when we had issues with the house such as boiler trouble. Darren wants the best for his tenants and will go that extra mile to get you settled into your property. I highly recommend Bellwood Lettings, speaking as a private tenant.

    Total Confidence

I mainly deal with Darren Dykes (the proprietor) and he is a very kind, approachable agent who is extremely helpful and co-operative. He reports back to me with all aspects of the 2 properties his company manages for me which I really appreciate. In the 6 months I have known him I can honestly say I have total confidence in him and his company to manage my properties to a very good standard.

    In Safe Hands

I have used Bellwood Lettings to manage my property letting for the last two and a half years and I know that it's in safe hands. I don't live locally so it's a huge peace of mind for me to have such a good agent looking after my property. Darren is always quick to respond to contact and always professional and reliable. I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks for your continued support Darren and Louise.

    Perfect Letting Agent

Perfect letting agent in my honest opinion. We live some 120 miles from our property and would have no hesitation in recommending Bellwood Lettings as an agent who we feel looks after our property as if it was his own. We have used them for the past four years. We find his rates are reasonable and he has access to good priced and capable trade people.
